Hola, iam Andrew Mosher, Peace out!
Ugh, this winter has been a real bad run! I’m so over the cold weather and all the snow. It’s like Mother Nature just won’t let up. I swear, it’s been one thing after another - from icy roads to frigid temperatures. But hey, at least we can take solace in the fact that spring is right around the corner!
Is It Bad To Run Ac In Winter? [Solved]
Ya know, folks always ask if it’s a good idea to run their AC in the winter. Most HVAC pros say no way when temps dip below 50 degrees. But that ain’t necessarily true - it can be beneficial to turn it on every now and then, even when it’s freezing out!
Check Tire Pressure: Make sure your tires are properly inflated to the manufacturer’s recommended pressure for optimal performance and safety.
Change Oil: Regular oil changes are essential for keeping your engine running smoothly and efficiently in cold weather conditions.
Inspect Battery: Cold temperatures can cause a battery to lose its charge more quickly, so it’s important to check the battery before heading out on a winter run.
Wear Appropriate Clothing: Dress in layers that will keep you warm and dry while running in cold weather, such as a base layer of synthetic material, an insulating mid-layer, and a waterproof outer layer if necessary.
Stay Hydrated: Even though you may not feel as thirsty when running in colder temperatures, it’s still important to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids before, during, and after your run.
It’s been a rough winter for running - the cold weather and icy conditions have made it tough to get out there. I’m sure I’m not alone in feeling like my runs have been a real struggle this season! But hey, spring is just around the corner, so hang in there!
