Anatomy: The human body is composed of a head, torso, two arms and two legs. Each leg is made up of bones, muscles, tendons and ligaments that work together to allow for movement.
Movement: Legs are used for walking, running, jumping and other forms of locomotion. They also provide stability when standing or sitting still.
Balance: Legs help to maintain balance by providing support when standing or moving around in different directions.
Strength: Leg muscles are some of the strongest in the body and can be trained to become even stronger through exercise and weight training.
Flexibility: Leg muscles can be stretched to increase flexibility which helps with activities such as dancing or martial arts where agility is important
