Chichen Itza: This is one of the most famous Mayan pyramids, located in the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico. It is a step pyramid with four sides and nine terraces, each side measuring 91 meters (300 feet) long. The pyramid is painted a bright yellow color with red accents on the steps and terraces.
El Castillo: Located in Tulum, Mexico, this Mayan pyramid was built as a temple to honor the god Kukulkan. The structure stands at 30 meters (98 feet) tall and has four staircases leading up to its summit, each painted in different colors including white, red, yellow and blue.
